Here's what is coming over the coming month or two...
This is the new layer. For the past year I have been writing long-form strategic pieces — 25–33 page deep dives that map the full PRISM-11 architecture, the co-evolution of tumor and immune system, Layer 2 repair logic, and why continuity is becoming the governing constraint in oncology. Those pieces were necessary for me to understand my investment better and to continue to kick the tires. I thought it might be useful to others…and, well here we are!
I built PRISM-11 as the engine to help me, and others, to understand a bit deeper. But most people — whether you are retail investors, sophisticated capital markets participants, or busy pharma BD teams and execs — do not have time to read a weekly 30-page treatises.

Everything above the bottom layer is a deliberate compression of the same underlying intelligence. Nothing is invented for the shorter formats. The 1 page, 2 page, the 4 page, the 12-page summary, and 27-page strategic analysis are not simplifications — they are different resolutions of the identical thesis.
Why this matters for you
If you are a long-term retail holder: the 12-page deck is designed to be the clearest, most shareable version of why we are still here. If you are showing this to sophisticated investors: the 27-page strategic analysis gives them the rigor they expect. This is the practical expression of everything I have built from my oncology analysis and analysis of the MDNA11 data: one coherent research architecture, expressed at the exact level of depth each audience needs. The long articles are not going away. They remain the source code. These decks are the user interface.
