PRISM-11 ingested a bunch of new research regarding Endometrial Cancer. In a nutshell it’s really more like 8 cancers or subtypes which I have delineated in the above quadrant map.
I also tried to clean up the legend a little (the non eTIL legend) which I’m including below. It’s not perfect, but many bothans died trying to create this imperfect creation…
Lastly, as you can see, the eTIL representation should reflect a much more gradient like approach across the 4 quadrants. This iteration attempts to show that rationally and logically.
At some point I may post a summary of the EC (Endometrial Cancer) analysis of PRISM-11 (notionally what I learned is born out in 8 subtypes in the above quadrant update). It doesn’t change the overall perspective shared in previous posts, just refines it.
Yair had another post today (here) on X relative to all the patent cliffs coming to the fore in 2027/2028.
The opportunity in Medicenna is just enormous. But, that’s about as far into hyperbole as I’ll go today.
